How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Simply contact us with:

If you don’t know all the details yet, that’s okay. We’ll walk you through the process and help you find the best solution for your project.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Screen printing has a 12-piece minimum per design. Embroidery, DTF, and Leather patches do not have a minimum, but might be priced differently at smaller quantities. Every project is different. Some decoration methods work better for larger quantities, while others are ideal for smaller orders. Contact us with your project details and we’ll help determine the best solution for your needs.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, product availability, and our current production schedule. We try to keep most orders to a two week turnaround time. If you have a deadline, let us know up front. We pride ourselves on honest communication and doing everything possible to help our customers meet important deadlines.

Do I need to provide my own artwork?

Not at all. Some customers come to us with print-ready artwork, while others only have an idea. We can help clean up existing artwork, make adjustments, or create a design that works for your project.

Do you charge for artwork and design services?

Usually, no. If you’re placing an order with us, artwork setup, cleanup, and minor design work are often included at no additional charge. Our goal is to make the process easy and help you get the best possible finished product.

What file formats do you accept?

We can work with most common file formats. PDF, AI, EPS, SVG are prefered. PNG, JPG, and other formats can be accepted as long as they are of acceptable size and resolution. If you’re unsure whether your artwork will work, send it to us and we’ll take a look.

What's the difference between Screen Printing and DTF?

Screen Printing is typically the most economical choice for larger quantities and produces vibrant, long-lasting prints. Ink is pressed thru a stencil on a screen, directly onto the garment being printed. Each color requires it’s own screen.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is an excellent option for detailed, full-color designs and smaller quantity orders. The design is digitally printed in reverse onto an application film, then pressed onto the garment.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. We provide artwork proofs for approval before production begins so you can verify the design, spelling, colors, sizing, and placement.

Can you match my company's colors?

We do our best to match brand colors as closely as possible. Exact color matching may vary depending on the decoration method, garment color, thread availability, and printing process, but we work hard to produce results that accurately represent your brand.
